Tomatoes are ripening very slowly

This year, temperatures are creeping dangerously close to frostbite very early in September. And August didn’t see as much sun as we wanted or the tomatoes in my green house needed. Thus – I need to bring em inside, and they sit there comfortably on the kitchen window sill.
